Grab big pan and big pot
Pre-boil water in the full kettle
Put the big pan on the stove so it starts heating up
Dice the onion, half the courgette and about 2-3 carrots into small cubes
Put the minced meat (about 500 grams) in to the big pan
Peal 2 cloves of garlic and press them into the big pan too
Add all the diced veggies to the big pan and stir through well
Add black pepper and grated piment into the big pan
Add salt to the big pan too
Now add about half a litre of boiled water to the pan (enough to make sauce!) + add the stock cube
Put the lid on the big pan
Now add the rest of the boiled water + more to the big pot, turn on the heat for that
Add pasta to the big pot and cook till ready
Add two dinner spoons of corn starch (maizena) to the sauce and stir through
Drain pasta and plate with the sauce
