Grab big pan and a medium sized pot

Pop potatoes into pot and start boiling

Dice half of a big onion and cut a couple of the bockworst sausages into slices

Add oil to big pan, turn on low heat and sautee the diced onions

Cut cucumber and carrots into thin slices

When the onions have a nice glaze, add the sliced sausage and about 2 teaspoons of tomato puree

You can instantly add about 250ml of water to the big pan. Also pop in some black pepper and a beef stock cube

Mix the sliced cucumber and carrots into a bowl, add lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil

Mix about 2 dinner spoons of corn starch (maizena) with half a glass of water. Stir and add to the big pan!

Keep stirring the sauce as it thickens
